High Pressure Performance with Superior Sealing Flexibility

The Industrial Lobe Series pumps are designed to handle fluids of nearly any viscosity, especially shear sensitive materials, at higher pressures than an internal gear pump or a standard lobe pump is capable of. The high pressure option uses a patented shaft support system with bushings on both sides of the bi-wing rotors to allow higher pressures
and reduce wear on bushings and seals. An adjustable bearing housing allows simple end clearance adjustment.
These pumps accept a wide variety of cartridge-style seals from most major manufacturers, including single mechanical, double mechanical and triple lip seals. The two smaller sizes also accept component single mechanical seals or shaft packing. A variety of porting options allows the ports to be correctly sized for the application.
